We are looking for a dynamic and determined Sales Manager for the Italian market with a strong passion for sales, innovation and sustainability.
Travel requirement: more than 75% throughout Italy.
ResponsibilitiesSearch for new contacts and new business opportunities on the national territory.Develop and implement effective sales strategies.Visit current and potential customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.Travel the assigned territory to identify new business opportunities.Actively listen to customer needs and transform them into concrete solutions.Collaborate with the technical-commercial team to ensure customer satisfaction.Job QualificationsProven experience as a salesperson, agent, business developer, or technical-commercial person in the industrial plant sector.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel frequently and drive long distances.Strong customer orientation and ability to build long-lasting relationships.Passion for sustainable and innovative solutions.Professional knowledge of Italian and English.Knowledge of other languages (German, French) is considered a plus.Existing portfolio of business relationships in the industrial water treatment sector (wastewater and process water treatment): will be considered a plus.3+ years of work experience in Industrial Sales.Authorized to work in Italy.How to applyFor more details and to apply, please visit: LinkedIn Job Posting
