As Sales Manager Italy you will be responsible for developing sales among your assigned accounts, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new sales strategies.
Job responsibilities: Commercially develop the assigned region.
Comply with the objectives set by the Commercial Director (CMO) as well as the indications of the Global Sales Coordinator.
Establish business strategies in the assigned region.
Supervise the offers generated in the region.
Manage assigned accounts, visit clients (global or local accounts), anticipate their needs and collect vital project information, always maintaining an active relationship with them and explaining the products and services that Soltec can offer them.
Use the software (CRM Salesforce), the material and the rest of the commercial tools available to the commercial department, making sure to enter in the CRM all the data of accounts, contacts, projects and offers, as well as the agenda and the results of the meetings held with the clients.
Participate in negotiations prior to the signing of contracts with clients of the accounts of the assigned region and clients with projects located within the region.
Participate in fairs, congresses and exhibitions of interest to the company.
Maintain at least one weekly meeting or close contact with the country accounts.
A meeting or close contact is understood as one that is preferably carried out in person or by telephone conference or video call.
This meeting or contact can also take place with people who do not hold managerial functions or hold positions of responsibility in the purchasing departments of their organizations, but also in other departments, such as engineers, quality managers, construction, logistics, etc.
Provide after-sales service to the assigned accounts as long as there is no department or people assigned to this function.
Offer support to other functions/projects in the area.
These functions represent the global nature of the position but are not exclusively limited to it.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or similar.
Valuable: Master in Business Management Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions.
Languages: Italian native or High level, Professional English, Valuable: Spanish.

Gross salary between 48k-58k depending on experience level.
Competitive commission system.
Choose your starting time (8:00 or 9:30 a.m.) from Monday to Thursday and on Fridays finish the day at 2:30 p.m., to dedicate time to what you most want.
