**Job Offer: Sales Manager Italy - Swine Sector (B2F)**
**Key Requirements**:
- ** Degree in Veterinary Medicine**.
- ** At least 10 years of experience** in a similar role, preferably in the field of animal nutrition and diet formulation for **monogastrics** (swine).
- Technical skills in formulating diets and nutritional plans specifically for swine.
- In-depth knowledge of the Italian swine market and key clients in the sector.
- Strong commercial skills and ability to manage relationships with farmers (B2F).
- ** Residence in Northern Italy**, preferably in **Lombardy**.
- Availability for frequent travel within the assigned area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio consisting of swine farmers, focusing on veterinary and nutritional support.
- Promote products and tailor-made nutritional solutions to improve farm performance.
- Collaborate with the technical and commercial team to ensure an integrated and results-oriented approach.
- Monitor market trends and propose development strategies to increase sales and strengthen the company's presence in the territory.
- Participate in industry fairs and events to promote the company and its products.
