Position Overview
The Sales Manager is accountable for the existing business, keeping it profitable, and the new business, participating actively from the beginning to make it happen.
He is responsible of the selling during the sales campaigns creating an appealing order in line with the specific needs of final consumers - always maintaining the image of Ralph Lauren.
He will work closely with different departments in the company, CS, Marketing, merchandising, navigating easily the organization and promote team building.
He has to understand and manage markets visiting them and implementing action plans.
He will think strategically and be proactive.
He will support the Sales Director in the strategic growth of the business for the brands assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- In cooperation with the Sales Directors, who maintain primary responsibility:
- Responsible of budgets and goal assigned
- Responsible of the achievement of the seasonal target for the brands assigned
- Responsible of the quality of the assortment
- Responsible of strategic discussion with partners
- Responsible for the showroom experience of the customers and organization of the sales campaign:
- Appointment schedule
- Orders entry if necessary
- Walk the clients through the collection transferring the seasonal inspiration
- Drive the assortment of the customer
- Attend line opening, brand days and post market meetings giving feedback to Merchandisers
- Market visit: Organization, collect relevant feedback/outcome and create an action plan to be implemented
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Strong analytical and PPT skills

- Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate
- Flexibility
- Advocate of the brand and product
- Strong Influencing skills required to develop and maintain good relationships with accounts and team members
- Good knowledge of Luxury and Premium Brands
- Educated to degree level
- Fluent in English
