Sales Manager - FMCG Location: Italy Industry: Food Company Overview: A renowned food company founded in 1962, is one of the leading food groups in Asia.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our European team and spearhead the expansion of our food and beverage categories in the Italian market.
This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned FMCG professional to drive business and channel development in the local fresh market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the Italian market, focusing on snacks and beverages.
Identify and build relationships with key local distributors, retailers, and other business partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
Collaborate with the European team to align sales efforts with regional and global strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company in the Italian market.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for growth to senior management.
Qualifications: Proven track record in sales and business development within the FMCG sector, particularly in the food and beverage categories.
Strong understanding of the Italian market and local consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Italian and English.
