Sales Manager - Flexo/Print

Following successful hires in the Italian Flexo industry, we have been asked to look for a Sales Manager for a growing business serving the flexo space worldwide.

They have a range of products including hardware, consumables and more.

They're looking to find a self driven sales manager to take over from the previous head office based sales team (who did not specialise in Italian) and be an in market presence for what they are planning to have become a key market.

They're a smaller business with a very flexible approach, they're also able to react quickly to requests in the form of fast turn around on production and the ability to create bespoke products. With a flat structure there's also direct contact with the leadership team and you'll have the ability to influence the strategy of the business at a higher level.

Tasks It's a sales role with a big percentage of this due to be hunting, therefore, as you'll know, you'll be out in the field meeting potential and existing customers.

You'll also support the team for any trade shows and partnerships.

Of course there'll also be regular reporting and trips to the head office at least a couple of times a year.

Requirements Experience of the flexo/print industry is essential, though this can be from a supplier or manufacturer perspective.

For customers, Italian will be the main language.

With team members across multiple countries, English is the core business language.

Benefits This will be a home office based role so you'll have all the equipment provided, along with a car.

There's a base salary of between 55,000 and 65,000 with bonus in addition.
