Job Description Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the European markets.Analyze competitor products and value propositions to inform our market positioning and product development strategy.Collaborate with the engineering team to suggest and guide product tweaks for local market adaptation.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with market requirements.Drive business development activities, including lead generation, negotiations, and contract closures.Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for the controls product in the European markets.Keep updated with the industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts.Competenze ed esperienza Experience in the industry/related field.Proven track record of successful business development in European markets.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.Proficiency in English; fluency in Italian.Completa l'offerta A unique opportunity in a vibrant and growing team backed by a strong multinational group.
