Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the specific area of Region Campania. The main activities will be: Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customers Developing the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Campania/Italy) actively contributing to the company growth Supporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysis Up and cross selling activity of DKV products and services Participate at business trade fairs and other events The minimum requirements for this position include: Previous experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferably in customer acquisition process Effective Communication and Negotiation skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively Good knowledge of English (at least B2) Proficient in the use of CRM and Excel Residence in Naples (at least in Region Campania) Strong positive attitude to problem solving Pro-active, willing to actively participate to the company success High level of commitment, accountability and flexibility Self-motivation and resilience We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture Regardless of age, gender, origin and sexual identity and orientation.
