We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric **Manager of Sales/Sales Manager** who will join **MailUp+Contactlab**, Growens' biggest Business Unit.

**Some examples of your responsibilities**:
- Managing a growing team of account executives responsible for the generation of value and retention of customers
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
- Providing mentorship and training, with the aim of maximizing team performance
- Supporting the Sales Strategy and its implementation to drive results and achieve KPIs
- Managing different projects with internal departments to improve or create sales processes for your team
- Driving opportunities at the strategic and tactical level
- Keeping informed on new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers, through the successful completion of Sales Training and self-study
- Briefing management on Pipeline and Forecast
- Generating mid-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation

**Preferred Qualifications & skills**:
- Five Essential Sales Manager Skills: Managing Performance, Coaching, Developing Business Acumen, Excelling as a Leader, Hiring;
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics or other related;
- Have previous experience (5+ years) as a People Manager or Sales Team Leader;
- Have previous experience in managing small to medium-sized teams (from 5 to 10 people);
- Ability to work across management teams to drive business results;
- Digital marketing Industry expertise, preferably selling SaaS solutions;
- Proficiency in both Italian and English: you read, write, and speak proficiently in both languages;
- Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results;
- Solid business acumen and the ability to effectively assess prospects' business needs and business drivers, then match them with our solutions and services;
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including an energetic, enthusiastic and compelling sales presence.
