Learn and grow: you'll be working very closely with the top management team, so you'll be supported and coached regularly along with your experience.Flexibility: trust is one of our values, we strongly believe in results, no matter how many hours you spend at the office.International environment: we are an international reality with 5 Business Units in different countries.Preferred Qualifications & skills:Five Essential Sales Manager Skills: Managing Performance, Coaching, Developing Business Acumen, Excelling as a Leader, Hiring;Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics or other related;Have previous experience (5+ years) as a People Manager or Sales Team Leader;Have previous experience in managing small to medium-sized teams (from 5 to 10 people);Ability to work across management teams to drive business results;Digital marketing Industry expertise, preferably selling SaaS solutions;Proficiency in both Italian and English: you read, write, and speak proficiently in both languages;Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate & use various techniques to improve results;Solid business acumen and the ability to effectively assess prospects' business needs and business drivers, then match them with our solutions and services;Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including an energetic, enthusiastic and compelling sales presence.Location:MilanWe apply the Growens Way of Working (WoW) statement which sets Hybrid as our designated way of working, offering different (not exclusive) options such as working from the office, home, or anywhere depending on specific, personal, and team needs.
