Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our South Eastern team based in Milan.
This position is part of a future pipeline, ensuring we have top talent ready to lead and grow our key clients and partners, and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions within South East region.Role Description & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needsDevelop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Dassault Systèmes' goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potentialCollaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and support to ensure client needs are met and aligned with company objectivesAct as a client advocate within Dassault Systèmes, ensuring that client feedback is communicated effectively and addressing any concerns or issues promptlyEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfactionStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive within strategic accounts.Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldProven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectorsOver 5 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients or in the partner channelExperience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plusExperience in Transportation & Mobility, Manufacturing and Aerospace & Defense Industry will be a big plusExceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structuresWillingness to travel as neededFluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)What's in it for you:Competitive salary with performance-based bonusesComprehensive health and life insuranceProfessional development opportunities and ongoing trainingCompany car and fuel cards.
