Skills required Experience conveying technical and complex needs and translating between Business and Technical units Experience managing enterprise clients in the SaaS industry Growth and adoption experience in new and tenured accounts Action-oriented, with strong planning and analytical skills, as well as rigorous attention to detail Familiarity with prototyping software such as Xd, others 5+ years in a role with client-facing responsibilities, ideally a Senior Account Manager Experience working with remote teams and clients Experience successfully managing complex projects across teams and geography Creativity and precision in the details Critical and analytical thinking Active learning Problem solving, even complex Team Working Resilience and adaptability Leadership Creativity and inventiveness Soft Skills required You will become part of a Fantastic Team.
