As a global technology provider , AVL offers concepts, solutions and methodologies in the fields of e-mobility, ADAS and autonomous driving, vehicle integration, digitalization, virtualization, Big Data, and much more.Sales ManagerThe Responsabile sales lead is established at the affiliate organization and is the head of the sales organization, is responsible for establishing and managing the sales force ensuring the market success of AVL in his/her market in terms of customer satisfaction and financial results.Responsibilities:Establishes an efficient local sales organization (KAM-SE-structure, MbO System).Develops the skills of the sales force (assesses skills, defines qualification plans, monitors execution).Develops existing customer base (account management, builds relationship, customer satisfaction).Supports Global Account Managers in developing global business.Supports Affiliate Business Managers or Regional Business Managers in business planning (OI, projected CC of pipeline).Aligns with the Affiliate Business Managers or Regional Business Managers to extend the customer base (e.g.
for new applications, products and services) and supports them in strategy development by providing customer needs (e.g.
out of account management) and competitive information (e.g.
won/lost reports).Achieves sales, order intake and CC as planned.Ensures data completeness and quality in SFDC (e.g.
basis for forecasting).Approves quotations and negotiates and signs contracts according to Affiliate / Business Unit policies (e.g.
cash flow, CC safeguarding, risk management guidlines).Contributes to the continous improvement of the AVL Sales Process (Local Process Owner).Participates in the Affiliate Sales Manager Meetings.Manages the local sales force (including coaching).Aligns with the Affiliate Business Managers or Regional Business Managers to facilitate smooth collaboration between sales force and sales support organization (sales strategy, propsal generation, CC safeguarding, etc.
