TikTok's Partnership Managers teams are responsible for building long term partnerships with Greek and Portuguese clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.The Sales Lead will manage a team for the Portuguese and Greek markets. Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok - Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions - Help deepen penetration in the markets - Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market - Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships - Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions Leadership: - Drive growth for the advertising business and the brand partnership team in the region - Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales strategy - Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals - Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
Minimum Qualifications: - Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals- People management experience, specifically sales teams- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus- Excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese and/or Greek, as this role will work with vendors and stakeholders in those markets Preferred qualifications: - Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
