On behalf of an international fashion brand, we are looking for a FIELD ACCOUNT MANAGER ITALY.

Purpose:
Build, lead, support and coordinate the brand's agents team in Italy in order to grow the wholesale business.

Activities: Build strong top account relationships and pursue a healthy distribution with expansion across Italy, focusing on brand distribution quality and segmentation.Lead the development and implementation of wholesale strategy for the assigned country and/or accounts that encompass all aspects of 4P's in line with evolving market trends and competitors landscape to deliver identified KPI's.Drive execution by agents to achieve company targets.Support door expansion and control current ones.Implement a clear segmentation approach and understanding to create a solid long-term distribution that supports company requirements and ensures success year after year.Participate in negotiating top account contracts and agreements that drive profitable sales growth for the company.Ensure company assortment guidelines are implemented and provide accurate forecasts based on order book & performance.Collaborate closely with OTC and credit controller to reduce credit issues and speed up shipments.Collaborate with other departments (brand, marketing, merchandising).Boost digital tools (B2B) with new partners and customers. Travel Required: 60/70%
