We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Executive to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.As a Sales Growth Executive, you will be responsible for driving business expansion in the Research market, achieving assigned territory sales plan, and working collaboratively with colleagues to reach targets.You will maintain an updated territory & actions plan, anticipate pipeline changes to address shortfalls, and set up sophisticated action plans. You will also review strategy efficiency on a continual basis and maintain a high level of knowledge in all specific business aspects.Your role will involve consistently and accurately following the sales process, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales tracking, through the use of our customer relationship management program and other designated IT tools.You will build up reference sites and engage in positive interaction with Key Opinion Leaders. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong academic background in biology or life sciences, preferably with experience in QPCR technology.A background in sales within the Research field is preferred, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies that drive growth. You must be able to undertake frequent travel across areas and possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.The ideal candidate will be based in Roma and have a valid driver's license.
