In this role, you will have a chance to leave a mark on the Go to Market Strategy of the Vision business branch of Johnson & Johnson, collaborate with a variety of partners at all levels of the organization and impact hundreds of Sales employees across a large variety of countries and cultures.As part of the job, you will be leading and implementing a range of SFE initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization, resulting in increased sales and customer engagement, and maintaining what makes us successful in the marketplace.What you will be doing:Coordinate the assessment of sales process gaps, provide subject matter expertise guidance around solutions, and develop and implement the SFE strategy for the Region.Support Sales Leaders (Business Managers, National Sales Managers, Sales Directors) in optimising their Go2Market Strategies and Processes.Define the Sales Competency models and Sales profiles in alignment with the Global Johnson & Johnson Vision standards.Develop EMEA Frameworks and Standards for Sales Force implementation, including Customer Segmentation, Call Frequency, Territory Management, SFE Metrics, Sales Incentives, and Commercial Policies.Collaborate with business partners from different departments (Marketing, Key Accounts, Field Sales, Professional Education) to improve the processes of development of tools and resources that drive improved sales performance.Co-lead Go2Market Assessments and promote the exchange of innovative practices and leverage up processes all across Johnson & Johnson countries and franchises.Map the Training Development needs of the Sales organization and work on the development of programs to improve SFE skills and sales performance.Drive Sales Best Practice sharing, encouraging the improvement of sales skills in the EMEA organization.Be responsible for the implementation and improvement of CRM solutions and new technologies to enhance sales organization performance.Develop and improve processes to gather and communicate SFE metrics and dashboards to measure performance and track rewards and recognition.Recommend and help establish a performance management system for Sales Representatives to drive desired behaviour.Identify market-related information needs and possible data sources in partnership with sales, sales operations, and marketing.Other Factors:People Management: NOCountries/Regions Reporting: EMEA RegionalBudget Responsibility: YesBusiness Impact: ContributoryQualificationsWhat you will bring:Education: Professional degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.
MBA optional.Experience: Fluent in English, any additional European language will be considered a plus.
Field Sales and Sales Management experience in the MedTech industry.
SFE Experience on a managerial level desired.
Key Account Experience is an advantage.
Availability to Travel up to 25% of the time.Preferable location is Dublin, Ireland.
