**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for commercial sales cycle support to help the sales organization achieve business objectives.
HealthCare Digital domain expert, familiar with Digital Solutions in Enterprise Imaging and Cardiology, Data and AI, as well as consultative selling abilities.
Understands market trends and customer needs and builds high quality approaches and responses to tenders, especially under the CONSIP framework (Sanità Digitale).
Supports sales teams in executive meetings and can produce high quality offers based on the customer needs.
Coordinates with product and services team to orchestrate participation in the offer building process.
**Job Description Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Customer facing with high impact interaction, consultative selling abilities and good understanding of the Healthcare Digital Space, including Enterprise Imaging, VNA, Cardiology solutions, Artificial Intelligence and Data solutions in general, under a Precision Medicine environment.
- Supports the commercial team in high impact interactions with customers, makes right questions to get a good understanding of customer needs to helps build the right solutions for each of them.
- Familiar with Digital Ecosystem in Italy, familiar with private and public procurement process, specially with CONSIP and "Sanita Digitale".
- Experience in offer preparation, can act as a Bid Manager within GE or under a Consortium where GE is participating, representing GE´s interests and orchestrating GE´s responses in both environments.
- Coordinates internally, under the guidance of the GE salesperson, with all needed stakeholders to ensure high impact, high quality and best of breed offers adapted to each opportunity.
- Good understanding of how to work with own team integrates with other teams (also third party) and leverage best from all to contribute to the commercial offer building process, Services Teams, Product Teams, etc.
- The role may have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Sales & Operations, specifically in high complex and high impact offer building processes.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
- Contributes to develop strong customer relationships together with the sales teams, and acts as a thought leader when it comes to solution building.
Explains technical information to others.
- Ability to understand and translate a customer need into a solution, own the offer building under the sales teams lead, pulling inputs from the different teams in order to produce a highest quality offer.
- Team player, Consulting skills, good networking abilities.
