Position Summary We're looking for a Sales Finance Analyst in Arco (TN).
The Sales Finance Analyst is part of the Global Sales Finance team and is responsible for supporting the sales team in pricing negotiations with ad-hoc analysis and consolidating pricing variance impact on revenues in coordination with operational finance and cost estimating.
The Sales Finance Analyst will also participate in activities such as sales budgeting and forecasting, sales reporting tools update, and customer contracts database management.
Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to interact with other Global Sales Finance team members responsible for customer scorecards, CRM tool management, market intelligence, sales strategy, and growth.
Main Responsibilities Manage price adjustment calculations.
Update overview price adjustment rules in place across the business unit.
Forecast pricing data collection and impact simulations at a global level.
Analyze price tracking files to generate simulations and summaries by plant and region.
Support sales budgeting.
Update sales reporting tools.
Main Opportunities and Challenges Pricing Assumptions Management.
Forecasting process and future scenarios development.
Tactical analysis and their contribution to strategic target achievement.
Operate in a global and multicultural team.
Job Position Requirements Education: University bachelor degree in Management, Finance or related fields.
Professional Background: Minimum experience in a related field (accounting, finance, customer service), including internships or apprenticeships.
Strong willingness to learn.
Hard Skills: Essential: MS Excel (advanced), MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, English (fluent).
Considered a plus: MS Power BI.
Soft Skills: Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
