Sales Export Manager

JOB TITLE:Sales Export ManagerJOB DESCRIPTION:The Sales Export Manager will operate as a Sales Manager for Italy and abroad (Europe), reporting directly to the General Management, with decision-making responsibilities in commercial development, in national and international markets, and in direct support of loyal customers.
The individual will coordinate and supervise the activities of two resources in the Sales Office.Main activities and responsibilities:Research Business Development opportunities in Italy and abroad, particularly in France and SpainIdentify and develop new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and potential customer identificationManage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of loyalty and supporting them in identifying the best commercial solutionsManage and supervise the entire commercial activity, from prospecting to offering to negotiationMonitor commercial activities promptly and prepare periodic reports (for the Ownership)Ensure the achievement of commercial targets set by the OwnershipRequirements:Degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field or DiplomaProven experience of at least five/eight years in the role of Sales ManagerSales experience in companies operating in the packaging/plastic industry will be a preferential requirementExperience in project-based work and/or on ordersProfessional knowledge of English, knowledge of a second language (Spanish or French) is desirableEmployment type: Permanent contract - company car - availability for business trips to customers (in Italy and Europe)#RIF1989REFERENCE LOCATION:Province of Ferrara #J-18808-Ljbffr
