This position is based in Milan in a hybrid format and will report to the Head of Deliveroo for Business.
The RoleThe primary role of the Sales Executive is to engage with new corporations and sign Deliveroo as an official supplier or partner for their office food needs. They will also liaise between Deliveroo and our Corporate Customers to provide a world-class Deliveroo experience.
ResponsibilitiesGrowing the number of new corporate accounts in our target sectors.Strategising and assisting in the development of systems and processes to enhance the corporate sales process and maximize the sales cycle.Identifying opportunities for growth in new verticals and use cases.Managing the expansion of the new vertical use cases (e.g., gift cards, partnerships, events).Liaising with Account Managers to manage all corporate account requests.Assisting with general marketing activities including events, email campaigns, and corporate client offers.Playing a role in growing our corporate business as a core vertical in Milan, including developing our corporate operations, customer service, account management, and marketing capabilities.RequirementsThe ideal candidate has a natural commercial attitude, understands the corporate world, and is highly methodical with a strong sense of customer service.
1-2 years working experience in a similar role.Strong commercial background.A natural-born negotiator - a driven and hard-working individual.Experience in a B2B sales role is a plus.Excellent attention to detail – proven ability to multitask in a work environment.Good analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.Creative – exhibits tenacity, never takes no for an answer.Hunger to progress within a fast-paced startup environment.Life at DeliverooWe are a growing team, with a large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there.
