We are looking for sales professional to join our sales team, who wants to work independently, a chieve goals and enjoys working with people. You will be a part of a professional team with interesting customer relationships in an international environment while having opportunities to develop your skills further in a global shipping company.
The role is permanent and starts as soon as the right person is found.

**Work tasks**:
Develop new business opportunities with new and existing customers with the pursue of maximum market coverage.
Manage current customer base and ensure strong relationship with our key customers; proactively take ownership of your own weekly activities and sales visits. You drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
Prepare sales reports utilizing our CRM tool and gather market information on competition actions, new services and business opportunities and share with team and stake holders in organization.
Concentrate on selling our value added services in addition to our core product.
Reporting and analytics; data processing and data interpretation using different reporting tools.
**What we expect**:
We value a s trong experience in sea freight/logistics industry
You are excellent in creating new business and client relationships
It is natural for you to be self-initiative, you have analytical mind and good presentation skills
You are fluent with details and data; good IT skills and able to master digital tools
You are comfortable in communicating with all levels of stakeholders and hold excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills are required
