Sales Excellence Manager | Emerson | Italy Job Description
This position plays a leading role in crafting a community among country sales managers sharing common management practices, tools, and technology. It strives to develop communication of pivotal initiatives and standard methodologies and cultivate a culture of collaborative mentorship.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Establish a unified framework for supervising sales performance based on data. Develop and deploy tools to help sales managers lead all aspects of the account planning process. Encourage a culture of collaboration and value creation among sales teams. Provide sales managers with the vital data, tools, and training for effective team mentorship. Coordinate with the global teams to implement the best technology available to increase digital footprint analytics for sales realization. Provide governance for the development of sales tools in coordination with Finance, Marketing, and Sales Excellence. Collaborate with other business units to tap into connections. Inspire the sales teams and colleagues with a positive and winning demeanor. Who You Are:

You are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. You model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions. You communicate the vision with a sense of purpose about the future. For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English. Sales management experience within the direct sales function. Proven track record to deploy and follow-up sales processes. Effective communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
