The Service division is looking for Sales Engineer Energy Service, based in our Monza site. Who you are We are looking for a person with:
Capabilities to identify priorities and follow up the opportunitiesStrong attitude to interpersonal relationshipsAbility to manage a network of customers and partnersBusiness development attitudeBusiness Acumen and curiosityOpen mindedStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationshipsWhat about the job The Candidate will develop and support Sales Business within the HVAC, Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Waste industries specifically in the separation and heat transfer technology.
He/she will be responsible for:
Promoting, developing and securing penetration of separation and heat transfer technology sales and related applicationsIdentifying technical solutions for HVAC, Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Waste processes for different customer segmentsSupporting sales activity, visiting customers and proposing technical/engineering solutionsSupporting, coaching and developing the sales partner organization in the fieldDeveloping value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and following upLooking for and managing leads from the market and customers, and converting them into real business opportunities to ensure a proper pipelineWhat you know Priority will be given to:
Engineering DegreeBackground of sales of value-added in Energy marketA driving licensePrevious work experience in SalesUse of OneCRMExcellent English language competency, verbal and writtenAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
