JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition MissionThe Sales Engineer plays a liaison role between the commercial area, the technical office and the purchasing office.
Manages relationships with customers during the definition of the technical specifications of the offer, analyzes market benchmarks by examining competitor solutions and collaborates with the Purchasing and Sales team in defining the costs and sales prices of the various custom engineering solutions or company products.ResponsibilitiesDefine the bid proposal together with the commercial and purchasing departments for the various customers and opportunities that arise.Analyse possible solutions and competitor's products from a technical and economic point of view, proactively studying the various market trends in the sectors in which the company operates (benchmarking).Support the Technical Office and the Commercial Department in presenting the company's customised products and engineering solutions to various customers.Manage the relationships with customers and deeply analyse their feedback with the support of relevant departments.Collaborate with the Production and R&D departments to define the functionality of the various solutions and products based on the needs expressed by various customers.Identify and develop new business opportunities, including international markets, in line with the strategies defined by the Commercial department.Work towards the continuous achievement of the commercial and budgetary objectives defined by management and the commercial department.Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional ExperienceDegree in Engineering (preferable: Information Engineering, Automation Engineering), Degree in Mathematics, Degree in Physics or specific Masters with specialization in Coding topicsStrong interpersonal skillsProactivity and problem solvingCuriosity about technological topicsAbility to work in a teamProfessional EnglishSosteniamo la parità di genere e promuoviamo un ambiente equo ed inclusivo.Accogliamo candidature da qualsiasi persona indipendentemente dal background di provenienza, riconoscendo il valore della diversità nel nostro contesto lavorativo.
