As part of its growth strategy, G-nous Tech is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive commercial and product strategies while managing the sale of services and products tailored to these industries.
Role Description : The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing sales and product strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building lasting client relationships.
This role is pivotal in transitioning the company's focus from a service-oriented to a product-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities : Develop commercial strategies leveraging G-nous Tech's technologies, identifying market opportunities, and setting sales targets.
Formulate product strategies based on market requirements to transition from service-oriented to product-oriented operations.
Identify and qualify new potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors through market research, competitor analysis, and networking.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their specific needs.
Present collaborative robotics solutions to clients clearly and persuasively, emphasizing their benefits and added value.
Prepare and present detailed and competitive commercial proposals tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Gather technical requirements and collaborate with the technical team to ensure the correct implementation of solutions.
Coordinate strategically with the marketing team to convert generated leads.
Negotiate and close sales contracts.
Manage post-sale client relationships, providing ongoing assistance and support while collecting feedback to improve offerings.
Minimum Requirements : Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in selling system integration services or robotics products.
Previous experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Willingness to travel to meet clients.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid driving license.
Optional Requirements : Knowledge of AI and Computer Vision technologies.
Experience in selling software development services.
Established client portfolio in Central and Southern Italy.
Compensation : The compensation package will include a fixed base and a variable component.
