About the Role: The SE is responsible for providing in-depth, pre-sales assistance to Tigo existing and prospect clients. The SE is also responsible for large project management, from the very first design talks all the way down to site commissioning. The SE also trains customers and Tigo colleagues, participates in customer visits, tradeshows and roadshows.
What do we want to see: Sharp technical skills, strong Engineering background, a lot of empathy - German fluency - A strong ability to interact with clients, understand their needs and be their trusted advisor - Willingness to get to the very root of problems with much attention to details - A good sense of humor
