As Operations Specialist at Up2You, your primary focus will be on optimizing operational efficiency and fostering effective team communication. You will work closely with the management team and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure the seamless execution of business processes. In your typical day, you willDevelop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency;Facilitate effective communication between team members and departments;Ensure comprehensive, accurate and timely collection and reporting of relevant information for management and board reporting purposes;Support with data analysis to help management make better-informed decisions;Manage different tools used by the team (Hubspot, Jira, Crono, Slack…);Enable continuous improvement, workflow enhancement, and attainment of business goals;Master core processes both for operational and documentary steps;Secure with all stakeholders the implementation and execution of processes.We are specifically looking for you if you areEnrolled in a university degree program (either Bachelor or Master)And you have
Strong Google Suite skills and a natural affinity for digital tools;Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot and Jira is a plus;Proficiency in Italian;An analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems;Good project management and organizational skills;Attention to detail and natural communication skills;Curiosity about the start-up, digital, and innovation world;Passion for sustainability;An entrepreneurial spirit.You are ideal for Up2You ifYou have a marked results orientation.
