.Your tasks Develop framework for internal training, education and knowledge transfer Implement processes for identification of training needs within the organisation Create clear knowledge transfer schedule and implement it with other departments Identify, contact and brief internal & external experts who will produce training materials Identify and set up the right platform to put training material at employees' disposal and track usage, gather suggestions Collaborate with HR department to create a smooth and holistic onboarding process Pro-actively suggest training and education topics Develop concept for best suited formats depending on the topic: live presentations, pre-recorded video etc.
Work closely with sales leadership to align education needs and training initiatives with overall sales strategy and goals Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure a holistic understanding of the products and services being sold Your profile Master in marketing or communication 2-5 years preferably in a sales enablement / training / instructional designer position.
Media industry knowledge would be a plus Capacity to work in a multicultural environment and capacity to present to senior levels Problem solving and pro-active Able to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously Entrepreneurial spirit Build synthetic and clear Power Point presentations Fluent in English.
