Responsibility for the development of the strategic direction and execution for the EMEAI sales and technical service organization in their region: Italy, Spain and the Balkan area:Create strategic EMEAI sales plan that realizes year on year profitable growth,Deliver the organization sales and margin targets on a consistent basis, keeping a focus on top and bottom-line growth,Ensure development, implementation, and evaluation of country sales plans including specific KPI's for each market/country (Italy, Spain and the Balkan area),Set up their country sales organization to deliver growth year-on-year,Identify key strategic regional customers and develop multi-level relationships to drive business growth,Lead change internally and externally; Lead the Industrial Wood sales strategy,Develop and execute plans to identify further sales channels and segments with new and existing customers,Drive and report on progress of our plans by having monthly Business Review meetings Here, we believe there's not one path to success, we believe in careers that grow with you.
