Responsibility for the development of the strategic direction and execution for the EMEAI sales and technical service organization in their region: Italy, Spain and the Balkan area:Create strategic EMEAI sales plan that realizes year on year profitable growth,Deliver the organization sales and margin targets on a consistent basis, keeping a focus on top and bottom-line growth,Ensure development, implementation, and evaluation of country sales plans including specific KPI's for each market/country (Italy, Spain and the Balkan area),Set up their country sales organization to deliver growth year-on-year,Identify key strategic regional customers and develop multi-level relationships to drive business growth,Lead change internally and externally; Lead the Industrial Wood sales strategy,Develop and execute plans to identify further sales channels and segments with new and existing customers,Drive and report on progress of our plans by having monthly Business Review meetings Here, we believe there's not one path to success, we believe in careers that grow with you.

Master's degree in a business/technical areaMinimum of 15 years experience in a senior sales role,Minimum of 10 years experience in leading senior sales professionals,Italian Speaking + Fluent English,Experience of Industrial Wood industry,Experience with Italian Industrial Wood market                                                                                  A highly motivated self starter capable of leading as well as adapting quickly to change,A collaborative & professional leader with strong people leadership and excellent conflict management skills,Good strategic thinking whilst also demonstrating attention to detail,A problem solver and independent thinker capable of delivering sound arguments,Excellent communication & negotiation skills with ability to develop key relationships at all levels of the businessProven track record of successfully working as part of a multi-disciplinary team,Demonstrable numeracy and analytical skills,Business development strategyActively drive the growth strategy of Industrial Wood EMEAI by identifying new market opportunities,Work with Segment Marketing Managers to build concrete plans to win profitable business in each market,Critically review progress against plan to continuously assess commercial potential, adjusting as necessary in order to assure optimal profitability.Identify and develop potential internal and external strategic partners in development of these opportunities,Drive the integration of M&A activity across the Region including leveraging on synergies and creating best practices combining the best of both worldsInternal processes and AlignmentBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders in the wider business to accelerate business growth,Actively bring the voice of the customer into collaboration with product management, marketing, and R&D,Drive cross-functional improvement programs to improve customer journey/experience.Team LeadershipTo lead, coach and manage the sales country managers to accelerate growth in each countryActively build individual development and succession plans for the organization to deliver on growth ambitionCreate an engaging environment that supports our core Industrial Wood ValuesDrive performance evaluation and personal development of the Sales and technical teams in their regionPosting Date: 2024-11-11
