Sales DirectorItalian company - manufacturing productsAbout Our ClientOur client is a leading Italian company operating in high-quality manufacturing products.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Director will be responsible for managing the commercial department and supervising and coordinating the sales force to ensure competitive market positioning in line with company expectations, aiming to achieve pre-established objectives.Responsibilities include:Define and implement the company's commercial strategy in accordance with the company's guidelines.Direct and coordinate the activities of the commercial area and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.Analyze market trends and the present and future needs of customers, as well as the strategic positioning of competitors.Conduct strategic market analysis to identify business opportunities and evaluate potential strategic agreements.Provide guidelines for research and development, keeping updated on technological evolution of products.Represent the company at strategic business meetings with high-level customers and stakeholders.Manage the commercial area at the human resources level, suggesting implementations and talent development plans.Maintain constant communication with the CEO, Steering Committee, and Shareholders.The Successful ApplicantMinimum requirements include:Specialist degree in engineering and/or economic disciplines (master's courses are a plus).Solid experience in business-to-business industrial companies.Familiarity with sales business models in continuous production companies, preferably in the chemical/plastic supply chain.A technical background with experience managing a P&L autonomously.Strong proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit.Leadership skills, charisma, and authority.Fluent in English.Willingness to travel.What's on OfferGreat career opportunity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
