The Group provides closure solutions for any bottle in all markets of the world and is confirmed as the ideal partner to serve both international groups and local entities.The strength of Crealis is the close collaboration with the various customers defined as real partners, to whom an excellent service is offered, with tailor-made solutions, which pass through important phases concerning innovation and the research of increasingly sustainable materials and processes.To lead their Sales organization, we are looking for:Sales Director ItalyMain responsibilitiesReporting to the General Manager Italy, he/she is accountable to define the strategy to manage and develop the Italian market, define actions to maximize results, margins and market share according to sales and profitability targets, promote the brand, build and represent at best the Company and coordinate the Sales Team (Area Managers and External Salesforce).MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES• Define sales strategy and ensure its execution;• Monitor the state of the market through a constant dialogue with the Sales Area Managers and the External Salesforce, organizing regular business meetings;• Build and monitor the forecast and the budget;• Develop strong business relationships with key customers;• Guarantee the correct application of the commercial and financial policies;• Assure the achievement of sales goals (volumes, revenues, profitability, overdue, pricing strategies);• Develop offers and negotiate/close contracts, carefully assessing them together with the Finance and Legal departments;• Support the implementation of a credit policy;• Increase market share: develop channels to generate new opportunities (partnership, lobbying);• Integrate sales of other Group company products;• Manage, develop and update CRM; • Cooperate with other departments: Marketing, Customer Service, Production Planning and Finance to ensure a great customer experience;• Promote and develop product knowledge and training of the Salesforce;• Manage Marketing activities (promotions and new materials) according to sales policies and promotional plans;• Identify and visit new customers according to the coverage plan;• Bring within the company the voice of the market: market trends, opportunities, competitors' status;• Define team and individual objectives and competences.Candidate profile• Degree in Business Administration or Engineering;• Experience of 8-10 years as Sales Manager in B2B, managing Groups clients and direct sales, preferably from Packaging for Wine&Spirits or Food and Labelling;• A consulting sales approach will be appreciated, as the products' portfolio is wide and customized;• Fluent in English; preferable knowledge of French and/or Spanish;• Availability to travel all over Italy.• Leadership, relational and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, goal-oriented attitude complete the profile.LocationJob location: North-West Italy
