Jefferson Wells is the Talent Company of Manpower Group specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Top Management profiles.On behalf of our client, a luxury hotel group, we are selecting the profile of a SALES DIRECTOR.The candidate, reporting directly to the General Manager, will have the following responsibilities:Achieve revenue targets by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.Set strategic objectives, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve sales effectiveness of each Group component.Identify new market opportunities, segments, and sales channels to expand the Group's presence.Stay updated on major competitors to develop market analysis and benchmark tools to define the sales strategy.Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Communication/PR, providing necessary support in strategy implementation.Build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and key industry players to enhance commercial opportunities and the Group's market influence.Participate in key industry events to promote Group awareness and create synergies to maximize sales results.Act as a spokesperson for the company culture's values and principles.Actively participate as an "Eco-Ambassador" in group projects to promote a more sustainable environmental, economic, and social awareness.Adhere to company procedures and regulations.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Degree in Economics or equivalentMaster's in Sales Marketing (optional)Minimum 6 years of proven leadership experience in luxury hotel group rolesExcellent knowledge of the luxury hotel marketFluent in English (written and spoken) and another foreign languageStrong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PMS) #J-18808-Ljbffr
