About Our ClientSmall and medium-sized enterprises growing both in Italy and in international markets.Job DescriptionThe Sales Director will be responsible for the following activities:In collaboration with the President and CEO, draw up a business plan, in order to support the achievement of general and profit targets, with the aim of doubling turnover in the next three years, also opening up new geographiesDirecting and coordinating the activities of the Commercial Department, managing relations with the various company functions and customers.Directing the group's commercial strategy in terms of product portfolio diversification, channel discounting and marketing and sales initiatives and strengthening the "premium" positioning of the Group's brandsPlan and manage the sales budget and forecast by setting up an appropriate reporting system.Analysing customer needs in order to provide flexible support and define the technical and commercial solutions commensurate with the needs expressed.Analyse in depth the market and its trends, evaluate competitors' products, interpret the general economic situation, and make product positioning suggestions relevant to local market trends.Analysing possible areas of criticality and proposing solutions and improvement plans.Consolidate and develop the existing sales structure in Italy and abroad, organising and expanding the sales network, through a careful managerial attitude oriented towards company and people growth, proposing incentive and growth plans aligned to common strategies.The Successful ApplicantRequired skills and professional experience:Previous experience in the role and in managing a sales network, including at an international levelKnowledge of the materials and tools sectors for the construction and power tools market within the B2B marketUnderstanding of marketing logic to support the development and premium positioning of Group brands and products offered with a view to differentiation from the mass-market segment and experience in managing marketing policies in "high-end" market segmentsLeadership skills and authority, acquired in consolidating managerial roles with increasing responsibilities.Fluent knowledge of English and French.Previous experience in international or overseas contexts will be considered preferential.Aptitude to work in entrepreneurial contexts with appropriate level of autonomyManagement and communication knowledge of project management and coordination of indirect resources Influencing and motivational/negotiational skillsWhat's on OfferExcellent professional opportunity within a leading power tool company with a plan for growth in the international market.
