The Role Ideals is among the Top-5% of all companies on RepVue, as rated by Sales professionals. The Sales team has been a driving force behind our steady 30%+ YoY growth, consistently generating millions in revenue. To support the rapid expansion of the Ideals VDR business, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative based in Milan, eager to actively contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategy.
In this role, you will target key Italian account decision-makers to attain the set revenue goals. We are looking for a fast learner with strong sales and negotiation skills, who can successfully coordinate outreach activities and demos set up. This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of our expansion and is an ideal starting point for a fulfilling B2B sales career within a high-growth tech environment.
Tech stack: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Lusha, Phantombuster, Woodpecker.
What You Will Do Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Italy tracking personal sales activities in CRMConduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contactOrganize product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospectsProactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospectsCollect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification processHelp coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A CommunityWhat We Look For c.2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales within the SaaS industryProven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quotaStrong business communication skills in English and Italian (native) including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactionsDemonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapportFamiliarity with key players and market trends in the finance industryAbility to learn quickly and adapt based on feedbackNice To Have Experience in the Financial SectorExperience with C-suite interactionOur Interview Process We believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element. • Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (60 mins)
• Interview with the VP of Business Development EMEA + LatAM (30-45 mins)
