We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative - Protected Categories l. 68 / 99 (m / w / d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway: Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, Linkedin and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you) Get a full understanding of our value proposition and how we can help companies save money, time, and frustrations Research and qualify new prospects in Italy, making sure that they have a problem that BizAway can solve Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth Your basic qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Native level of Italian and good level of English Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes Organization: we say that if an activity is not in our CRM, then it doesn't exist.
