Following a major fundraising round and continued strong growth, we are seeking a Sales Development Manager F/M for northeastern Italy.
Key responsabilites:You will report directly to the International Sales Director.
In this role, you will operate independently while maintaining a collaborative, positive mindset and supportive approach to expanding your network.Your core duties will involve: Sales Prospecting: You identify opportunities and reach out to potential clients, manage the follow-ups trough to closing, as well as their retention.Client portfolio management: You are the key contact in your area, handle deliveries and equipment installations if needed, while building strong relationships with your clients and partners.
Reporting and activity tracking: You constantly update the CRM, report on your activities to directly measure your impact on company's growth, and assist the account team with payment tracking.
Events: Occasionally, you participate in events and trade shows.
About you:You have at least 2 years of professional experience in selling high-value products, preferably in B2B.
You have a strong interest in both wine sector and new technologies.
You are known for your autonomy, high energy and resilience, and your friends would describe you as enthusiastic.
With a strong customer focus, you excel at collaborating effectively with different teams, including technical and after-sales service teams.
You are fluent or native in Italian and English.
French is a plus but not essential.
