The RoleThe Business Manager will develop long-term business relationships with Key Customers. The role holder will create unique and compelling sales propositions and will identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow their business unit.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the life sciences sectorEstablish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsCollaborate with internal teams in research and development, marketing, and sales to align business strategiesAnalyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunitiesPrepare and present business proposals and negotiate contractsAchieve and exceed sales and growth targetsAttend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote the company and its productsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in the life sciences sectorExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong results orientation and ability to work independentlyDeep understanding of the life sciences market and technologiesStrategic thinking and analytical skillsWillingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry eventsThe company offers:Opportunity to work with a leading company in the life sciences sectorDynamic and innovative work environmentCompetitive salary package and performance-based incentivesContinuous training and professional development opportunities
