Position SummaryWhat is your role? We're looking for a Sales Data Analysis and PMO representative to join our Sales Data Analysis team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Sales Data Analysis Manager, you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative working culture.
ResponsibilitiesRole scope: The Sales Data Analysis & Program Management Office (SDA&PMO) Representative will manage daily reports for several stakeholders (Sales, PM, R&D, High Management, Others). She/He will reinforce and develop processes intra-functionally and will be responsible for guaranteeing the proper execution inside the organization.
Guarantee on-time delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports to different stakeholders (mainly to Sales, PM, and R&D Department). These reports are linked to orders trends, forecast trends, process KPIs, customers' performance, and their impact on ITT Friction growth.Guarantee a quick and accurate response to "ad-hoc" requirements coming from high management linked to the topics above.Guarantee accurate management of internal tools for which SDA&PMO is the process owner (bid flow, forecasting updates, project portfolio management, etc.).Support the integration of new tools and processes in line with business needs.Qualifications / RequirementsMaster's Degree in Business or Technical related disciplines.Professional use of MS Office tools.Ability to work with different priorities.Teamwork.Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships.Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, and proactivity.What do we offer?We are known for using our impeccable character, bold thinking, and collective know-how to provide our customers with highly engineered solutions to complex problems.
