What you will do The Sales Coordinator (Temp Role) will be part of the B&B (Book & Bill) Team processing high volumes of product sales orders, doing backlog review on a daily basis plus reporting tasks besides being in close contact with sales and customers to ensure timely delivery to customers and manage all related aspects.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the whole order entry and order management process, from input of data up to invoicing and delivery and will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
The candidate will be well versed in all Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point and Word, as well as Oracle system.
