Eaton is currently seeking for a Sales Coordinator Southern Europe to join the team in Torino, Italy. What you'll do:The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Marketing Intelligence and Commercial Excellence Manager.
He/She will be responsible to prepare, store and analyze all commercial documents that are typical of the automotive business (quotations, contracts, price information) and operate on customer portals and use Eaton systems. He/She will be also responsible to manage Sales business analysis and update internal reporting.
The position will work closely with the Mobility Group EMEA Sales Team. Prices by product line and customer, contractual terms and conditions and other Sales indexes will be a part of her/his job.
Supports the Sales Team in the preparation of quotations and the approval processIs responsible for the management and analysis of Purchase Orders, contracts and commercial documents including price informationDevelops customized reports for Sales Managers, prepares analysis of sales and pricing data, interprets standardized metricsManages customer portals, including access management of Eaton users, managing documents and processes on customer portals, distribution of relevant documents internallyProvides input into the description and qualification of growth opportunities for new products, using the CRM toolSupports the Sales Team with pipeline tracking and analysis, using the CRM toolAssists Sales Managers with other commercial activities including prototype offers, new customer setup, DSO management, and logistics activitiesSupports Sales Managers with the annual Profit Planning and Strategic Planning processes (program volumes, price information, analysis of revenues)Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum experience: 1-3 years' experience
Skills:Fluent in English and Italian language.
