Sales Coordinator

Armani Hotel Milan is looking for a Sales Coordinator.
We are seeking a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and excellent communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for compiling a variety of reports, supporting the sales team with daily, weekly, and monthly data.
Perform general office duties to support the Sales Office.
Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Attend and participate in sales meetings.
Assist with any projects assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE A minimum of 2 years of sales office experience.
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working computer skills and knowledge.
Able to work calmly and confidently under pressure.
