We are looking for a highly motivated, curious, and proactive candidate to join our Sales Team.
The main role is to be responsible for the development and management of the Direct and Indirect Channel (Enterprise Customers/ System Integrator/ Vendors) active on Enterprise / Midmarket in Italy.
He/She will build a strong relationship with customers to improve their sales productivity and with partners to define integrated solutions to address the different sectors of the Enterprise market.
Tasks Identify, recruit and on-board new qualifying partners or potential customers, understanding their needs and requirements.
Identify, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with customers, partners, resellers, and distributors to ensure smooth partner services.
Manage the whole sales process: pipeline development, opportunity qualification, demos and presentations, cross selling, production, and management of quotes in collaboration with the internal technical / commercial structure and partners.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and evaluate all upsell opportunities with customers.
Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation and to build a cohesive technical / commercial team.
Maintain the DB of contacts and expand it through researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest, studying the market for newer trends.
Work with partners to conduct product presentations to Enterprise Customers.
Provide proposals, quotations, and pricing to partners and to customers.
Knowledge and Skills 3+ years' B2B SaaS/Technology-based Sales experience in proposing Enterprise IT solutions, Cloud Transformation, Digital Transformation (previous experience with distributors or vendors will be a preferential element).
Knowledge and experience of the current sales SAAS software, such as CRMs, ERP, BI and CPQ systems.
Excellent use of IT tools like Office365, CRMs, Sales Navigator etc.… Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
Superior oral and written Italian and English communication skills (additional European languages would be ideal).
Relational and communication skills, result-oriented approach, ability to work towards objectives, ability to work in team as well as independently.
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Resilient, willing to learn, and have a hunger to do what it takes to succeed.
Availability for frequent trips away from home.
