Job Description
Within the newly created NielsenIQ Beverage Industry, we are looking for a young sales talent taking care in: acting as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the recently activated CGA business in Italy with all Beverage partnersdeveloping the revenue streams generated by our beer clientsCGA Strategy is a global leader in On Premise research, measurement and consumer research with offices in Great Britain and Chicago, USA with a service portfolio covering 22 countries.
Following the CGA acquisition by world-renowned market research experts NielsenIQ in June 2022, 'CGA by NielsenIQ' is bringing a host of world-class On Premise capabilities to many new markets including Italy.
Nielsen's Sales team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities and market penetration. Sales is NielsenIQ's growth engine which is instrumental for the company's success.
With specific reference to the Beer category, we are looking for a motivated sales leader to:
drive the overall sales, enlarging NielsenIQ's portfolio penetration on new or existing customersdrive growth securing a sustainable sales pipeline developing new revenue opportunitiesunlock new budget holders.Responsibilities: Be the Subject Matter Expert of the CGA solutions in Italy, showing professionalism, expertise and industry credibility towards clients while motivating all NielsenIQ sellers to consider these solutions in relevant business discussions.Lead all business development and partnership activities for CGA's On Premise toolkit, with support from the local and global commercial leadership.Working in collaboration with CGA's Client Success teams, ensuring contracted deliverables and project work is delivered on time, on budget and to target.To support in-market Data Acquisition activity as needed for CGA solutions development / upgrade.To collaborate closely with the full Italian team to achieve country results.Build business development strategy and drive sales acquiring new beer customers and accounts securing sustainable and long-term pipeline & revenue opportunities.Maintain accurate forecasting and expanding C-suite customer network.Develop a strategic understanding of potential customers' industry/business/markets/clusters anticipating their needs.Generate and qualify strategic leads increasing the overall sales pipeline.Develop strategic white space & win-back sales strategies.Lead and inspire sales business development teams, enhancing their skills and improving their experience.Key competences and values: Influence and persuasion: persuading, convincing, influencing, or impressing others to get them supporting a specific agenda.Achievement, motivation and perseverance: Determination to achieve ever-increasing levels of performance.Composure and resiliency: Effectively deal with pressure, maintain focus and intensity.Negotiation: Identify key bargaining points for all parties and work effectively toward win-win solutions.Relationship building: Develop effective long-term professional interactions with customers based on trust.Initiating action: Self-starters who take a lead role in improving or enhancing a product or service.Information seeking: Curiosity and desire to know more about things, people, or issues.Requirements: You are a high-performing deal maker with a growth mindset of revenue targets. We are looking for people with:
3/5 years of related experienceFluent in Italian and English languageSolid sales skills and developed sales expertise in target scopeSolid understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services and solutions.Solid understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers.What we can offer: ?
