If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and make a real impact, we want to hear from you!Demonstrate your passionThanks to the skills acquired during your professional development, you will have a key role in preparing and delivering training content in Italian and English to the GOA and International Customer Center teams, enhancing their knowledge of Costa products, USPs, and sales techniques.You will provide feedback and coaching to Customer Center operators (Cruise Experts) through one-on-one and recorded sessions, ensuring quality standards and preparing related reports and presentations.You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing responses from pre- and post-tests, and preparing monthly reports in PowerPoint and Excel.You are an able motivator and will need to inspire the sales force in transferring the unique features of our cruises to our future potential guests within a set time frame.You are gifted with a critical ability to effectively synthesize and reprocess content to make it concrete and understandable on knowledge base platforms for an easy use by end user.Get things rightHow?
You will support own functional manager in planning trainings and updating training calendars weekly.You will collaborate with functional manager in international coordination of local training teams across regions.You will manage and update content in knowledge base platforms.You will play a key role in identifying areas of improvement for our customer center operators to optimize the process, following the shared guidelines, for which critical skills are needed.Safety FirstYour project management skills will enable you to work with gantt, goals and deadlines.What makes you unique:You have gained a minimum 3 years of experience in a sales force trainer/coach/trainer role in a medium/large company.You hold an academic background in Human Resources, Education Sciences Letters, Economics or related fields.You have experience in analyzing, synthesizing and processing collected data.The characteristics that most describe you and guide your approach to tasks are empathy, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills with a natural ability to transmit content effectively.You are proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Knowledge of Power BI represents a plus for this role.As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English.
A knowledge of one other foreign language (French, Spanish or German) is a plus.You are a real team player, talented in organization, prioritizing, and maintaining a focus on customer management, preparing ad hoc training content for our cruise experts.Why CostaWe are looking for individuals who embody the spirit of sales force trainers and play a key role within our organization, supporting business results.You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills.You'll be located at our Genoa offices, where our strategies pulse to life and our ships set sail.
