The Italy Business Operations Executive provides support to the Country Sales Director, working closely with local, regional and central team partners. The role will provide support in facilitating core sales processes - this includes but is not limited to weekly forecast & pipeline management, coverage & territory design, account segmentation, quota allocation, and business objectives. This role requires proven analytical and communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and multi-task according to changing priorities.
Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the country sales leadership team and Account Executives on forecast assessment (per LoB / Sub-LoB / Partner Mix, DG Impact,...)
Gather and consolidate data and facilitate the weekly performance review (RtM split, QTD, QTG).
Provide Country Sales leadership with analysis to drive alignment locally as well as DF&A on current quarter forecast revision and Q+1 numbers.
Provide AEs with analysis on a weekly basis to drive alignment with Ops team and handle TWOS / JST local discussion.
Assemble Sales / Financial analysis and actively contribute to building quarterly (Q+1) and annual business reviews with Sales leadership.
Generate on demand Ad-Hoc sales analysis and present the outputs (excel, Keynote) to the country leadership team.
Collaborate with Business Planning & Dev team, Account executives, and Country sales leadership on producing high quality outputs for business review meetings.
Minimum Requirements
High level of analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to use available data (incl. situations when incomplete or missing) to generate insight and build compelling arguments.
Experience in building business models and forecasts.
High level of curiosity, intellectual honesty and learning agility.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships cross functionally and cross geographically.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Keynote, Business Objects, Cascade.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
