Opportunity We are looking for a Sales Back Office. The objective of the position is the complete management of the OTD (Order to Delivery) process.
Your responsibilities will be: Customer Order Portfolio ManagementEnsure that the documentation provided by the Customer aligns with the existing Commercial Agreements with Evoca (Prices, Delivery, Terms, etc.)Ensure that shipments to Customers meet the "Promised Delivery Date"Support Sales and Sales Technicians in completing various periodic and ad hoc tasks (Preparation of Price Lists, After-Sales Shipments, Data Extraction for Orders and Order Stock)Liaise with other Departments/Companies within the Group for routine management (stock availability checks, payments, documentation, information on goods and services offered) and any special projects.To be successful in this role you'll need to have: Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or related fieldsMinimum experience in the roleGood knowledge of Ms OfficeWillingness to work in a team and to interact daily with other internal departments (e.g., Logistics, Warehousing, Administration, etc.) as well as with external Clients/Agents on various types of issues.Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are requiredFluent in Italian and good knowledge of EnglishNice to have: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within B2B companiesWhat we offer: Temporary full-time contractBenefits: Smart working, Company canteenWorkplace: Valbrembo (BG)
