GENERAL ROLE The Sales Associate is in charge of assisting clients through personalized and memorable customer experience, with storytelling about the brand history and product craftsmanship. He/She provides the most memorable customer experience to develop sales and build long-lasting relationships with clients through heartfelt and bespoke attention.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Advise and support customers on all product categories to satisfy clients' needs.Be a storyteller, delivering quality and consistency of service to develop client relationships.Support customers with all types of information, including aftersales product care suggestions.Develop and maintain a customer portfolio to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships.Collect and update client data, in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures.Play an active role in customer events and animations as needed.Build solid product knowledge, keeping updated with novelties, prices, and stock availabilities.PROFILE Bachelor's degree preferably with a fashion/linguistic focus.Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is an advantage.Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury boutique.Proficient with Excel/IT tools.Willing to work temporarily; the fixed-term contract is estimated to last 1 year.Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, and teamwork are essential.Hermès engages positive and passionate people who own the following requirements:
