Sales Associate - Season 2025

Aquazzura is looking for a Sales Associate for the next summer season 2025 in Capri, who will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Client and Business OrientedRepresent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs;Build up a loyal clientele;Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor;Possess product knowledge and be sensitive to competitors' trading activities.OperationsWork within established guidelines, procedures, policies, and standards of the Company;Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, improving and developing the business;Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer database, etc.
);Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor;Participate in stock and inventory management;Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;Maintain merchandising standards.
